FAQ
The questions we hear most from importers, processors, and development partners.
How do you guarantee traceability?
Every registered farmer and plot is GPS-mapped. At harvest, each batch is tagged with a QR code linked to digital logs showing exact origin, cooperating farmer group, harvest date, and chain of custody — verifiable by buyers on request.
Which certifications do your products hold?
We are progressively implementing internationally recognised quality and food-safety standards. On the fresh-produce side we are working toward GLOBALG.A.P. and SMETA and comply with NAEB export and phytosanitary requirements; on the food-processing side we are implementing RSB S-Mark, HACCP and ISO 22000. See our Quality, Compliance & Certification Roadmap for the current status of each standard.
Which markets do you already supply?
We supply institutional buyers across Rwanda, regional processors in DR Congo (Bukavu, Goma) and Burundi, and international buyers in the UK and UAE. EU and US markets are next in our expansion.
How is product freshness maintained to export?
A continuous cold chain runs from field to airport, including a 5-tonne refrigerated unit with IoT-based GPS and temperature logging, supported by harvest scheduling, pre-cooling, and certified packhouse handling in Kigali.
Can I request samples or a full buyer pack?
Yes. Every transaction begins with a detailed needs analysis covering volume, grading, packaging, documentation, and timelines. Contact our sales team by email or WhatsApp to receive a buyer pack and arrange samples.
What documentation is provided with orders?
Buyers can access routine audit results, quality certificates, compliance records, and performance reports on request, alongside live order and shipment updates via WhatsApp Business.
